Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Siraat Kitchen, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for that specific product. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Siraat Kitchen and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 15 — Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 16 — Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party. In the event of any conflict between policies, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or to products purchased from the Store, shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

Section 19 — 100-Day Trial Period

We offer a 100-day trial period from the date of delivery, allowing customers to evaluate the product under normal household use. The trial is intended for genuine product evaluation and is not a free-use programme.

The 100-day trial is subject to the following binding conditions:

• The product must be used in accordance with the Care & Use instructions provided at siraatskitchen.com/pages/care-use
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the Care & Use instructions may disqualify the return
• Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, or excessive wear beyond normal evaluation may not qualify for a return
• Customers must contact support@siraatskitchen.com before returning any item
• Unauthorised returns, items shipped without prior approval, will not be processed or refunded
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is determined to be defective

Section 20 — Care & Use Obligation

 

Siraat Kitchen provides detailed Care & Use instructions for each product, accessible at siraatskitchen.com/pages/care-use and included with every order.

Following these instructions is a binding condition of both the 100-day trial and the lifetime warranty.

20.1 Examples of Non-Compliant Use

 

The following actions are considered misuse and may void eligibility for refunds and warranty claims:

• Cooking on high heat, exceeding the recommended medium heat setting
• Thermal shock, applying cold water to a hot pan, or exposing the product to sudden extreme temperature changes
• Use of abrasive cleaning tools such as steel wool, metal scouring pads, or abrasive powders
• Use of bleach, harsh chemical cleaners, or corrosive agents
• Dropping the product from height onto hard surfaces
• Using a cutting board as a hammering surface, with mallets, or with power tools
• Exposing cutting boards to open flames or direct stovetop heat
• Any other use that does not follow the published Care & Use instructions

 

20.2 Evidence & Evaluation

Our support team may reference the Care & Use guidelines when evaluating return requests, warranty claims, and payment disputes (including chargebacks). Customers may be asked to provide photographic or video evidence demonstrating the product’s condition, how it was used, and how it was maintained.

 

Section 21 — Definition of Normal Wear

The following are natural characteristics of titanium products under normal use and are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Discoloration, golden tones, bronze hues, or rainbow effects caused by titanium oxidation from heat exposure
• Surface marks, knife scratches, or cut lines on cutting boards from regular kitchen knife use
• Minor cosmetic marks or surface changes from daily cooking use
• Patina development over time

These characteristics do not affect the safety, hygiene, or functional performance of the product. Claims based solely on cosmetic changes listed above will not be eligible for refund or warranty replacement.

Section 22 — Lifetime Warranty

Every Siraat product is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal household use.

22.1 What Is Covered

• Defects in materials or construction present at the time of manufacture
• Structural failure under normal household use (e.g. handle detachment, base separation)
• Any issue determined by our team to be a manufacturing fault

22.2 What Is Not Covered

• Cosmetic changes as defined in Section 21 (Normal Wear)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage caused by failure to follow the Care & Use instructions as outlined in Section 20
• Normal wear and tear from regular household use
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces

Titanium naturally develops colour changes over time. golden tones, bronze hues, rainbow effects. This is titanium oxidation, the same process used in medical implants. It’s completely safe and is not a defect.

22.3 How to File a Claim

• Step 1: Email support@siraatskitchen.com with your order number
• Step 2: Include a few photos showing the issue
• Step 3: Our team reviews and responds within 2 business days

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.

22.4 Determination

Siraat Kitchen reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. This determination may include review of photographic evidence, product inspection, and assessment of whether Care & Use instructions were followed.

Section 23 — Retroactive Promotions

Promotional discounts and offers are only valid during the active campaign period and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders. We do not offer price adjustments, credits, or partial refunds on orders placed before or after a promotional period.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion’s terms. By placing an order, you agree to the price and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Section 24 — Shipping, Delivery & Liability

24.1 Delivery Estimates

All delivery times provided by Siraat Kitchen are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistical events. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. In such cases our support team will assist customers with tracking and finding an appropriate solution where applicable.

24.2 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. A temporary lack of tracking updates does not indicate shipment failure.

24.3 Risk Transfer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership of the product and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Siraat Kitchen is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by third-party courier services after dispatch. However, we will assist customers with tracking, investigation, and communication with the courier when applicable.

24.4 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders affected by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses may result in delivery failure, return to sender, or loss of the shipment and may not be eligible for refunds.

If reshipment is possible, a reduced reshipping fee may apply depending on the circumstances. Reshipping fees are determined at the sole discretion of Siraat Kitchen.

24.5 Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed, as orders may enter processing immediately. Orders that have entered processing or shipping cannot be cancelled.

24.6 Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not constitute a valid return request. Refused shipments may result in additional handling or return shipping fees and may be ineligible for refunds, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

24.7 Lost or Delayed Shipments

In cases of confirmed loss or significant delay, resolutions are determined at the discretion of Siraat Kitchen. Possible resolutions may include courier investigation, tracking assistance, or reshipment. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued solely due to shipping delays.

24.8 Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Shipping-related chargebacks are reviewed in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund.

Siraat Kitchen reserves the right to provide relevant order documentation, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and delivery records to the payment provider in response to disputes.

24.9 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order, including a valid delivery address, postal code, and contact phone number when required by the shipping carrier.

If the provided shipping information is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be processed by the carrier, Siraat Kitchen may contact the customer to request clarification or updated information.

If the customer does not respond within 7 calendar days after our first contact attempt, despite multiple follow-up attempts via the contact details provided (such as email or phone), Siraat Kitchen reserves the right to:

• place the order on hold
• cancel the order
• proceed according to internal order handling procedures

In such cases, any delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from the incorrect or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of Siraat Kitchen.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information or failure to respond within the 7-day period, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs required to reship the order.

 

24.10 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Siraat Kitchen will consider the order fulfilled.

Siraat Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure. In cases of delivery disputes, customers may be asked to contact the carrier directly or file a claim with the courier service.

 

24.11 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

If a shipment is returned to the sender because it was not collected, refused, or left unclaimed by the customer, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

If reshipment is requested, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, or administrative costs required to resend the order.

 

Section 25 — Import Duties, VAT & Customs

25.1 Responsibility for Import Duties and VAT

All products are shipped directly from a third country (such as China) to the customer. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon receipt of the goods. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices shown on our website and may be collected by the local courier or customs office at the time of delivery.

 

25.2 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers located outside of the European Union. We do not act as the importer of record for any shipment. The entire delivery and customs process is managed by the supplier or their logistics partner. Our company is not involved in customs clearance or any related procedures in the destination country.

25.3 Delays or Additional Costs

International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs inspections or local import procedures. Any additional costs, delays, or administrative fees resulting from customs, taxes, or other import-related matters are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Section 26 — Intellectual Property

All content on siraatskitchen.com — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, product designs, packaging design, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Siraat Kitchen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Material changes that affect existing orders or active trial periods will be communicated to affected customers via email.
