The Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist (Performance & Growth) to own and scale the creative engine behind Siraat’s paid growth.

This role sits at the core of our growth team. You will be responsible for defining what creatives we test, why they work and how they scale. You combine performance data with creative intuition and turn insights into winning ads across Meta, TikTok and future channels.

This is not a designer role and not a media buyer role.

It is a strategy-first creative role with real ownership and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own Siraat’s creative strategy for paid acquisition
  • Develop winning hooks, angles and storytelling frameworks
  • Translate performance data into clear creative insights and briefs
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to scale winning concepts
  • Guide designers, editors and UGC creators with strong creative direction
  • Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework
  • Analyze creative performance across markets and audiences
  • Continuously improve creative efficiency, scalability and LTV impact

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist or performance-focused creative role
  • Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok) from a creative perspective
  • Proven ability to turn data into scalable creative concepts
  • Experience working with designers, editors and UGC creators
  • Clear understanding of DTC funnels, hooks and storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong written communication and creative briefing skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a €5M–€50M+ DTC brand
  • Background in performance marketing or growth teams
  • Experience with health, cookware or premium consumer brands
  • Understanding of CRO and landing page storytelling
  • International campaign experience
