The Role

Our creative team produces the ads that fuel Siraat’s growth.

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor who understands that every frame, every cut and every hook exists to drive results. This role is fully performance-focused and sits at the heart of our paid growth engine.

You will work from scripts and creative briefings provided by our Creative Strategists. You’ll have access to a growing library of B-roll and UGC content. Your responsibility is to turn ideas into high-volume, high-impact video ads, then continuously iterate based on performance data.

This is not a brand-only or cinematic editing role.

This is direct-response editing at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Edit high-performing direct-response video ads for paid social
  • Produce 5–10 video concepts per day with multiple hook variations
  • Work from scripts, briefs and creative frameworks provided by strategists
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback
  • Analyze hook rate, thumb-stop rate, hold rate and CTR
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Growth team
  • Maintain a fast, structured and reliable editing workflow
  • Continuously improve creative output based on what the data shows

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands
  • Experience working at scale with 8–9 figure ad spend environments
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and creative KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with Atria and Motion for creative analysis
  • Comfortable working in Notion for workflows and deliverables
  • Proactive communicator, open to feedback and iteration
  • Ability to work flexibly when campaigns require fast turnaround

Nice to Have

  • Experience editing for Meta and TikTok at scale
  • Background working with UGC-heavy ad accounts
  • Experience collaborating with media buying agencies
  • Interest in premium consumer brands or health-focused products
  • Basic understanding of funnels and conversion psychology
