We are building a global, category-defining brand at the intersection of health, performance and timeless design. As we scale internationally, growth plays a central role in making non-toxic cookware accessible to households worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to own and scale our global growth engine.

You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across paid media, conversion optimization, funnels and analytics. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and execution, working closely with creative, brand, operations and retention teams.

This is not a channel-specific role. You will own the full growth system.

What You'll Do

  • Own Siraat’s end-to-end growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRO and funnel optimization
  • Scale paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok and new platforms) with a strong focus on efficiency and LTV
  • Translate business goals into clear growth roadmaps and KPIs
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to scale winning creatives and angles
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable experiments
  • Oversee testing frameworks for ads, landing pages and offers
  • Optimize CAC, AOV and LTV across markets
  • Prepare the company for international scaling and higher spend levels

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing or scaling DTC e-commerce brands
  • Proven experience scaling paid media budgets profitably
  • Strong analytical mindset with a clear understanding of unit economics
  • Experience working closely with creative and brand teams
  • Comfortable owning strategy while staying close to execution
  • Experience with international markets is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a €10M–€50M+ DTC brand
  • Background in subscription, retention or funnel optimization
  • Experience with CRO tools, attribution platforms or advanced analytics
  • Interest in health, cookware or premium consumer products
