About Siraat

Siraat is a fast-growing premium kitchen brand redefining modern cookware through 100% pure titanium products. Our mission is to eliminate toxic materials from the kitchen by creating safe, non-toxic and coating-free alternatives to traditional cookware.

We are building a global, category-defining brand at the intersection of health, performance and timeless design. As we scale internationally, growth plays a central role in making non-toxic cookware accessible to households worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a Brand & Digital Designer to shape and elevate Siraat’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

You will be responsible for translating our brand strategy and non-toxic mission into compelling visuals for ads, website, product launches and campaigns. You work closely with the Brand Manager, Creative Strategist and Growth team to ensure everything we put into the world looks consistent, premium and performance-ready.

This is not a UX research role or a corporate design role.

This is a DTC-native, brand-driven design role.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve Siraat’s visual identity across digital channels
  • Create high-quality visuals for paid ads, social content and campaigns
  • Design PDP visuals, landing pages and conversion-focused assets
  • Support product launches, bundles and seasonal campaigns with strong visuals
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist on performance-driven creatives
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to maintain consistency and quality
  • Prepare and organize assets for global and multi-market use
  • Continuously refine design based on brand direction and performance insights

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a digital, brand or visual designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand and digital work
  • Experience designing for DTC brands, e-commerce or performance marketing
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography and composition
  • Comfortable working with performance and creative teams
  • Ability to turn briefs into clear, effective visual solutions
  • High attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a €5M–€50M+ DTC brand
  • Experience designing for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Understanding of CRO and conversion-focused design
  • Experience with health, wellness or premium consumer brands
  • Motion or basic video editing skills
