The roasting pan, rebuilt in titanium: a pure titanium roasting surface with no coatings, a fitted rack that crisps the skin all round, and a fully-clad base that sears and makes gravy right on the stovetop — induction included. Titanium is far lighter than stainless steel, so it moves oven-to-table easily even fully loaded, and the hammered finish looks good enough to serve from. How to get the perfect roast

Sear on the stovetop first. The flat clad base browns meat over any burner — induction included — before it goes in the oven.

Roast on the rack. The fitted rack lifts the roast so hot air circulates and the skin crisps evenly all round.

Finish with a pan gravy. Deglaze the drippings right in the pan — nothing sticks — and pour drip-free from the rolled rim.
