How does the titanium surface reduce sticking without any coating?

Our pans use 100% pure Grade 1 titanium, finished with a hand-hammered microtexture. This creates natural valleys that minimize sticking, improve airflow, and make the pan hydrophobic over time. It’s a naturally low-stick surface without Teflon, coatings or chemicals.
