Is a titanium cutting board completely food-safe?
Yes. It’s 100% pure, LFGB-certified titanium — non-toxic, non-porous and naturally antibacterial, which makes it safer for raw food than plastic or wood.
Won’t it dull my knives?
No. Quality knives sit around 55–62 HRC; titanium is roughly 36 HRC — softer than your blade, so it protects the edge instead of grinding it down the way glass, stone or steel boards do.
How does it compare to plastic, wood or steel boards?
Plastic scratches, traps bacteria and sheds microplastics. Wood is porous — it soaks up moisture, juices and smells, then harbors mold. Steel and glass are so hard they dull your knives. Titanium is non-porous, antibacterial, knife-friendly and built to last a lifetime.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. But honestly you’ll rarely need it — food rinses straight off the non-porous surface with just water. No scrubbing, no soaking, no stains.
Which size should I get?
Mini (29×20cm) for fruit, herbs and small jobs; Medium (34×23cm) for everyday prep; Versatile (39×28cm) is our most popular all-rounder; Large (46×30cm) for carving, batch prep and entertaining. Not sure? Most people are happy with Versatile.
