Warranty

Every Siraat product is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We build our products from pure titanium because it’s the most durable, safest material available, and we stand behind that with a warranty that lasts as long as you own it.

What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or construction
• Structural failure under normal household use (e.g. handle detachment, base separation)
• Any issue our team determines to be a manufacturing fault

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic changes from normal use, discoloration, patina, surface marks, knife scratches
• Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
• Damage from not following the recommended Care & Use instructions

Titanium naturally develops colour changes over time, golden tones, bronze hues, rainbow effects. This is titanium oxidation, the same process used in medical implants. It’s completely safe and is not a defect. Learn more on our Care & Use page.

How to File a Claim

Filing a warranty claim takes less than 2 minutes:

• Step 1: Email support@siraatskitchen.com with your order number
• Step 2: Include a few photos showing the issue
• Step 3: Our team reviews and responds within 2 business days

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
