We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Returns are free. We cover the return shipping cost, whatever the reason.

All of our titanium products come with a 75-year guarantee against metal-related defects. This includes issues such as corrosion or structural failure caused by manufacturing flaws. If you encounter any of these problems, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us immediately at support@siraatskitchen.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund and provide you with a return label to send the damaged product back.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
