The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to own and strengthen Siraat’s global brand identity.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint, from campaigns and product launches to content and storytelling, consistently reflects our mission, values and premium positioning. You work closely with growth, creative and product teams to build a brand that people trust, remember and advocate for.

This role is about long-term brand equity, not short-term tactics.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop Siraat’s global brand strategy and positioning
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, content, web and product launches
  • Translate Siraat’s non-toxic mission into clear and compelling storytelling
  • Lead brand campaigns and product launches in collaboration with growth and creative teams
  • Work closely with the Brand & Digital Designer on visual identity and execution
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure they are applied across all channels
  • Monitor brand perception and continuously strengthen trust and credibility
  • Support international expansion with localized yet consistent brand execution

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing
  • Strong understanding of premium consumer brands and positioning
  • Experience working closely with creative, design and growth teams
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into clear briefs and executions
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, international environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a €10M–€50M+ DTC brand
  • Background in health, wellness or premium consumer products
  • Experience supporting international or multi-market brands
  • Understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together
  • Experience with product launches or brand-led campaigns
