Summary: Once you've cooked on bare metal, you will not put a coated pan back on your hob.

10 Reasons Home Cooks Are Binning The Non-Stick Pans

01 / THE FLECKS

You have already eaten part of your pan

Go and look at it. The scratches, the dull patches, the flaking near the middle. That material didn't evaporate. It left the pan on a fork. You've been eating it for months and calling it dinner.

02 / NINETY SECONDS

Your pan hits its limit before the oil is even hot

An empty pan on a high burner passes 500°F in under two minutes. That's not abuse. That's a Tuesday. Every coating has a ceiling and you cross it every time you sear. Titanium is safe to 1,000°F.

03 / IT DOESN'T STOP

A scratched pan doesn't fail once. It sheds.

One scratch is not a one-time event. It's an open edge that keeps releasing, meal after meal, until the pan is finished. My pan is a single piece of metal. There's no layer on it. Nothing to lose.

04 / SEAR

That grey chicken isn't your cooking. It's your pan protecting itself.

Coated pans force you to cook low, so nothing browns. You've been blaming yourself for years. Bare titanium takes full restaurant heat: crust on the meat, fond stuck to the pan, an actual sauce out of it.

05 / TECHNIQUE

Non-stick isn't something you buy. It's something you do.

Hot pan. Then oil. Then food. In that order, eggs slide across bare metal and water beads and runs. Ninety seconds to learn. And it never wears out, because it was never a coating. It's heat.

07 / BUILD

Three metals. Zero coating. Nothing sprayed on it.

0.5mm pure titanium you cook on. 1mm aluminium core so the heat is even edge to edge. 0.6mm stainless steel base for induction. Oven safe. Dishwasher safe. It lands on the hob like restaurant equipment because that's what it is.

08 / PROOF

Ask any titanium brand for the spec sheet. They'll send you adjectives.

Most "titanium" pans are coated or infused, and their own small print says so. Ours is tested by Light Labs: no PFAS, no PTFE, no lead, no cadmium. Published in full. Read it before you believe me.

09 / THE MATH

You've already bought this pan. Three times.

A coated pan is dead in twelve to eighteen months. You've replaced yours, and you'll replace it again, and again. Three of those costs more than one of these. The difference is what you're left holding at the end.

10 / GUARANTEE

100 days. Try to destroy it.

Sear on it. Metal tongs. Straight into the oven. Do everything you were told never to do to a pan. If it isn't the best thing in your kitchen after 100 days, send it back and take your money.

Testimonials

Emilie Frank

"Better than the socks my doctor recommended to me, and honestly I wasn't expecting much when I first ordered them. My feet used to swell up so badly after long shifts at work that I could barely fit into my regular shoes by the evening. Ever since I started wearing these every single day, that problem has completely disappeared, and I genuinely feel like I got my energy back. I've already recommended them to three of my coworkers who stand all day too."

Jessica Miller

"I was honestly pretty skeptical at first because I've tried so many compression socks that promised the world and delivered nothing. But these actually work wonders in a way I didn't think was possible. The compression feels just right, not too tight and not too loose, and my legs feel so much lighter after wearing them all day at the office. I even wore them on a long car ride recently and noticed zero swelling afterward, which never happens to me."

Maria Holmes

"My circulation issues have improved so much since I found this brand, and it honestly took me by surprise how quickly I noticed the difference. I travel often for work, sometimes two or three flights a week, and these socks make long flights so much more comfortable than before. My legs used to feel heavy and achy by the time I landed, but now I actually step off the plane feeling normal. I keep an extra pair in my carry on bag just in case."

Your Most Important Questions, Answered

Is it really non-stick with no coating?

Yes, but you make it non-stick, you don't buy it that way. Hot pan, then oil, then food. Eggs slide. There's a two-minute video in the box and on this page. Get the order right and it works every time.

Why is titanium better than my ceramic pan?

Most "ceramic" nonstick isn't ceramic. It's a sol-gel coating sprayed over metal, and it wears out like every other coating, usually inside a year. Titanium isn't a layer on a pan. It is the pan.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. There's nothing on it to protect. Metal tongs, metal fish slice, scrape the fond up with a spoon. That's the entire point.

Will it work on my induction hob?

Yes. There's a 0.6mm stainless steel base bonded underneath for induction. It also works on gas, electric, ceramic and in the oven.

How hot can it actually go?

Safe to 1,000°F. You cannot get a domestic hob near that. Preheat it empty, sear on full, finish it in the oven. None of it touches the pan.

What does PFAS-free mean here?

It means there is no coating at all, so there's nothing to be free of. Light Labs tested it independently for PFAS, PTFE, lead and cadmium. Results published in full, not summarised into a badge.

Is it heavy?

Yes, deliberately. Thin pans warp and hot-spot. This has an aluminium core and a steel base, so it holds its heat when cold food hits it. It feels like restaurant equipment because it's built like it.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Yes. Nothing on it dissolves, dulls or scratches off. Most people go back to washing it by hand within a month anyway, because it takes ten seconds under a tap.

How long will it last?

There's no coating to fail, so there's no expiry date built into it. Look after it and it outlives the kitchen it's standing in.

What if I hate it?

Send it back inside 100 days and get your money back. Cook on it properly first. Almost everyone who nearly returned one had the heat too low.
